Play isn’t a break from learning; it is learning. Play helps even the youngest children build the skills necessary for critical thinking and leadership. That’s why Brookland engages children with a variety of fun activities that range from hands-on activities to a surprise session with a new set of dress-up clothes.
From the moment they arrive each day, Brookland children have both self-directed and teacher-directed outlets for their natural curiosity. Here’s a small sampling of our many age-appropriate opportunities:
Dramatic play Our curriculum is a proven program that is carefully designed to appeal to each age level and learning style. We even provide a full-day, comprehensive pre-kindergarten class so that your child is more than ready when they leave our doors.
And, don’t forget about our Summer Camp for school-age children which includes field trips, special guests and daily activities designed just for them!
